Welcome to Bili Kids
We are a boutique, 3-room centre located in Bilambil Heights, nestled amongst the beautiful, natural surroundings of the Tweed Valley. Bili Kids has a unique and dedicated focus on early learning in our large outdoor natural environment. Being family-owned and operated, Bili Kids offers personalised and tailored care to all of our children with a strong focus on building close relationships with our children and families and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all. We can’t wait to meet you and to begin the exciting first early learning steps together.
Family Owned and Operated
We are a local family, with close to 15 years experience in owning and operating child care centres and we pride ourselves on providing the very best child care in a non-corporate but professional environment. As a family run centre we can focus directly on the very important issues that face our children and families and local community.
Dedicated Educators
We have a fabulous core group of long-term dedicated Educators at Bili Kids and 2 wonderful Co-Directors committed to making our children and their families as happy as possible. Our Educators work closely with families to understand each child’s unique needs and preferences, and to ensure that the child’s individual needs are met.
Large Natural Play Spaces
At Bili Kids, we believe that children thrive when they have opportunities to explore and connect with the natural world. That’s why we provide a nurturing and safe environment that encourages children to engage in nature play, both indoors and outdoors.
The Farm
In addition to our wonderful outdoor learning spaces we also have our dedicated children’s produce and animal farm. The Farm @ Bili Kids is a fully enclosed farm for all of Bili Kid’s children to be involved with on a daily basis. It includes raised and earth level produce garden beds, free range chickens, an orchard, a native bee hive, a worm farm and composting and also our lovely cuddly bunnies.
Sports & Wellbeing
We love giving our children at Bili Kids the opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities to foster their interest and learning in new areas. We also believe in inclusion for all our of children. As such, we provide all of our activities, events and regular extracurricular programs to all children at no extra cost to families.
Community & Cultural Program
Bili Kid’s indigenous cultural program is a unique and enriching offering that provides children with an opportunity to learn and appreciate the culture and traditions of indigenous communities. In addition to weekly indigenous cultural sessions, our Educators start each day with a welcome to country on the Farm, allowing children to recognise the traditional custodians of our land from a very early age.
